It is amazing how quickly time flies!
Already Kyra is six weeks old - and we are behind in posting pictures - I apologize! I have posted up three new slideshows, one of One Month pictures, one of her on Halloween, and one of a recent bath time. :) Enjoy!
Kyra is doing really well, she is gaining weight (8 lbs, 4 oz at 5 weeks), and she is becoming more interactive every day. She loves to talk to her mommy and daddy - mostly vowel sounds so far (aaaeeeeeooooouuuuuu!)
On November 13th Kyra was fed her first bottle by her daddy! :) She took to bottle feeding like a pro! We wanted to make sure she had some practice before mommmy goes back to work on the 26th. :( It is going to be a difficult adjustment! At least we know that Kyra will be in good hands staying with Tracy next door. :)
On November 16th Kyra had another first - she found her thumb! Despite our best efforts it looks like she might become a thumb sucker. :) She still takes a pacifier though, so maybe we can keep her from becoming too attached to her thumb :)
And... Kyra is officially a United States citizen! We finally have her social security card and official birth certificates from the state. :)
